KDPK/IGD Laboratory

 



  


This laboratory is designed to prepare midwifery students to master the essential basic skills in midwifery practice. This laboratory functions as a simulation room to develop students' technical and clinical competencies before they enter the field directly.
KDPK Laboratory facilitates various practicums including:
  1. Integrated infection prevention and control
  2. Fulfillment of basic human needs (personal hygiene, nutrition, fluids and electrolytes, elimination and oxygenation)
  3. Perioperative care
  4. General physical examination
  5. Body mechanics, posture, position, ambulation and mobilization
  6. Drug administration
  7. Basic life support
The IGD/KDPK laboratory not only supports students' clinical competence, but also contributes to better maternal and child health services in the community.
